advertising campaigns for Staff/Senior Accountant candidates.  “Warm”called recent new hire references.  Contacted firms who had

Partnered with PIMCO Executives, internal recruiting teams, and retained search firms to recruit VP and Senior level fixed income financial
experts in the U.S., Canada, and England.  Areas of concentration were Product Management, Credit Research, Account Management,
Legal & Compliance and the Institutional Business Group.  In addition to financial web sourcing, worked with professional organizations,
the CFA institute, and internal/external referrals to generate qualified candidates.  Completed all stages of the hiring process, including travel,
H1-B processing and international relocation support.  Assisted with Peoplesoft, E-Recruit, and Resume Mirror software implementations
when needed.

Hired to assist the world’s second largest airline with corporate hiring/restructuring in the Sales Operations Department.  Responsible for
approximately 20 requisitions consisting of Senior Domestic and International Financial Analysts to support the worldwide business-to-business
sales teams with metrics, tools, and information.  Partnered with United management to determine best practices in selection, as well as
implementing Behavioral Interviewing Techniques within the hiring process.

Developed Talent Acquisition processes and procedures for a $300MM publicly traded, custom trade-show exhibit designer and manufacturer.
Consulted and presented the Senior Leadership Team with a 5-Step candidate flow process

and Hiring stages.  Ensured Federal, State, and EEOC compliance guidelines.  Also directly recruited experienced Salespeople, Finance, Human
